At Super Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as digital goods, personalized items, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@supersalesapp.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
